SCBK, when set using the osdp_KEYSET command over osdp, must be sent from the acu to the pc over a secure channel set up initially with SCBK-D in a secure environment. Or it can be set using other secure methods as defined by the manufacturer.

One the SCBK is initally defined, it is also sent when ever a new secure session is established.
